The NFC West is living up to the hype that was surrounding the division before the season started.
Currently no team in the division is under .500, and last place Arizona would be tied for first if they were in the NFC East. Seattle travels to Arizona this Thursday, and it definitely won’t be an easy game. Arizona gave San Francisco a tough time in the Bay Area in Week 6. Their defense is talented, athletic and keep the team close in their games. Veteran QB Carson Palmer is an upgrade, although he hasn’t played particularly well so far this season. Seattle’s defense has looked sharp as well. Continuing where they left off last season, Seattle is a contender and would love to have their playoff games at home, where they are almost unbeatable. On the road, Seattle has been a little less impressive. Squeezing out a win against a suddenly hopeless Houston team and losing to Indianapolis have either exposed Seattle or given them something more to play for on Thursday. This TNF game will be a great one.
