With 4th of July weekend fast approaching, we’re getting ready to celebrate America’s independence in true Sin City fashion. Fireworks, Fun And F&B: 4th of July 2023 Events Las Vegas
From wholesome events to party nights, hit up these Las Vegas 4th of July festivities.
Start the Day with Some Family-Friendly Festivities
An Independence Day celebration with the kiddos starts the day off right. For family fun, the Summerlin Council Patriotic Parade route kicks off at 9 AM.
Don’t forget to cruise around town to catch a fireworks show. If the Fourth of July celebration needs to happen early, the Las Vegas Ballpark is holding a Fourth of July Extravaganza, and the Veterans Memorial Park is putting on a free show at 9 PM on the holiday evening.
Watch the Fireworks
Big cities are the best place to watch the fireworks displays going off near the casinos. There are free places to watch 4th of July fireworks on the Las Vegas Strip, from the streets and certain rooftops and balconies, like the Foundation Room at Mandalay Bay and Chateau Nightclub at Paris Las Vegas.
Fourth of July fireworks in Downtown Vegas are a fun option houses the Plaza Hotel, which offers a rooftop vantage point for the spectacular fireworks displays. You already know the downtown Las Vegas scene is gonna be poppin’, from the bars to the nightclubs.
For other places to watch fireworks in the Las Vegas Valley, Henderson and Summerlin are also prime vantage points. Head to Henderson to watch from Heritage Park, and the multiple hotels and multiple locations of Station Casinos like Green Valley Ranch offer great spots to view a fireworks display. Summerlin has Red Rock Casino for a wide-open space to enjoy the 4th of July fireworks show. Even your own backyard is a great place for the fireworks viewing.
Eat at the Best BBQ Joints in Vegas
This is the best day of the year to eat a ton of BBQ, and there are so many places in Las Vegas to enjoy it. Hit up Lucille’s, Soulbelly, Mabel’s and Virgils — and then go back for more.
While it isn’t barbecue, Sapphire’s grill is always going. Our burgers, sandwiches and homemade dishes are the perfect complement to a bottle package.
Hit a 4th of July Pool Party Las Vegas-Style
Even though we’re in the desert, Las Vegas Boulevard knows how to throw a pool party.
Las Vegas has a ton of pool parties and day clubs to choose from. Ayu Dayclub at Resorts World, Wet Republic Ultra Pool at MGM Grand, Encore Beach Club and Marquee Dayclub are all great choices — but we’re the only topless pool party in Las Vegas.
Coming into town early? Come through for drink specials and live entertainment at SPDC. Independence Day weekend is one of our favorites for spending time poolside, and we’re still selling seating and bottle packages all weekend long.

Sad news: Sapphire Pool & Dayclub isn’t one of the Las Vegas 4th of July pool parties to hit up on Tuesday. Head to Lake Las Vegas for some prime day drinking, but come through the weekend before to party with our gorgeous hosts.
Good news: SGC opens its doors at 6 PM to start the 4th of July holiday parties. Our fleet of limos, Teslas and party buses will pick you up from anywhere on the Las Vegas Strip.
