If you parked in a parking garage downtown, expect that you wont have access to roads until well after midnight.
It’s freezing outside. Las Vegas is an extreme climate, which means cold winters.may be a desert, but temperatures on New Years Eve in Las Vegas are expected to be around 50 degrees. Most casinos close their doors around 11pm, so get where you want to be beforehand.
