We knew adult superstars Tasha Reign, Spencer Scott, & Sandy would bring the sexy to our official AVN Halloween party on Oct. 31, but they made it hotter than we could have ever imagined! Wearing costumes that left little to the imagination, the girls partied in the Rockstar Lounge and hung out with hundreds of eager fans dying to see them up close and personal. Tasha Reign even did a feature and gave the lucky winner of our social media contest a lap dance in the VIP room!
