Rock in Rio Las Vegas 2015

Rock in Rio 2015 – Brazil’s most famous music festival is coming to Las Vegas and it is going to be a huge deal.

About Rock in Rio

In 1985 a festival was born. In a country whose socio-political climate was emerging from military dictatorship, festival mastermind Roberto Medina hoped to deliver an event with personality and heart. Unable to find a place for his big idea to blossom he designed and built his own City of Rock, a 61-acre complex that was innovative as it was massive. His included a non-traditional lighting system that focused on not only the band but the audience — a feature celebrating the fans, which has become a global trend.
