Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino was in Vegas over the weekend to celebrate his 30th (we find that hard to believe) birthday, and like any smart tourist he spent an evening at Sapphire, the world’s largest gentlemen’s club. The Situation and his entourage made it rain on stage before heading upstairs to a luxurious Skybox to pop bottles with a little more privacy. The gorgeous girls here definitely helped Mike celebrate his “Dirty Thirty,” Sapphire style!
