UFC Bantamweight Fighter Miesha Tate will host a UFC 193 Viewing party at Sapphire Las Vegas on Saturday, November 14th.
The UFC 193: Rousey vs. Holm viewing party, hosted by “Cupcake” Tate, will start at 6PM with the UFC Prelims, all leading up to UFC 193: Ronda Rousey vs. Holly Holm.

UFC 193: Rousey vs. Holm
UFC 193: Rousey vs. Holm was originally expected to be headlined by Welterweight Championship bout between current champ Robbie Lawler and contender Carlos Condit, a former WEC welterweight champ and former interim UFC welterweight champ. However, Lawler suffered a thumb injury and the bout was scrapped from the event. Subsequently, a Bantamweight Championship bout between undefeated champ Ronda Rousey and top contender Holly Holm (originally scheduled for UFC 195) was announced as the new headliner for the UFC 193 event on November 14th.
Rousey seems to be effectively stepping up her striking in the octagon after seeing her knock out Bethe Correia 34 seconds in to the first round of the UFC 190 Bantamweight Championship fight.
Ronda Rousey and Holly Holm wont be the only women in the octagon on November 14th. A Strawweight Championship bout between Joanna Jędrzejczyk and Valérie Létourneau will be the co-feature to the main event.
Michael Bisping was expected to face Robert Whittaker at the event. However, Bisping experienced an elbow injury and pulled out of the bout on September 30th.

Commonly referred to as “Cupcake” and “Takedown,” Miesha Tate is a celebrated mixed martial artist with accomplishments and accolades including: Strikeforce Bantamweight Champion, Freestyle Cage Fighting Champion, 2011 Female Fighter of the Year, and more. Tate is known for her extensive knowledge of ground-based arts including wrestling, jiu-jitsu, and submission defense. In 2011 Tate won the Strikeforce Bantamweight Championship by becoming the first woman to ever submit Marloes Coenen in an MMA bout. In UFC 183, Tate out-grappled Olympic wrestling medalist Sara McMann for the win. Following her first bout with champion Ronda Rousey in 2012, Rousey described Tate as “much more savvy on the ground than I anticipated.”
